岗位内容:

1.Complete the basic work of the research project and provide effective technical support

2.Complete part of the questionnaire or outline design of the regular project under the guidance of the manager

3.Filter data from forms and content design and prepare succinct PPT presentations

4.Completion and interpretation of data (only for quantitative research)

5.Follow up the project and assume the responsibilities involved in the project

6.Establish a good and happy relationship with colleagues and customers, and respond to their questions and tasks in a timely manner

7.Communicate with Chinese and English colleagues and clients

岗位要求:

1.Bachelor’s degree or above, including but not limited to statistics, mathematics, sociology, psychology, marketing, and excellent academic performance

2.Basic understanding and understanding of market and market research

3.Excellent Chinese and English writing and verbal skills ,skilled computer skills (OFFICE software)

4.Excellent interpersonal communication and communication skills

5.Good logic analysis ability and strong learning ability

6.Customer orientation and a good attitude towards serving customers

7.Good teamwork spirit, able to work under heavy pressure and solve problems professionally and effectively Actively learn new things and apply them effectively to practical work

岗位2:定量研究员实习生

岗位内容:

The Research Executive (RE) is part of the Client Service team in their office and in a larger office will belong to a specific Client Service Team. Their primary responsibility is to provide support to senior managers in maintaining and developing relationships with existing clients and running projects. They are developing their skills in key areas but operating under supervision from the senior people on the accounts on which they work.

岗位3:数据科学家

岗位内容:

1.协助运营的同事针对问题进行数据分析,给出实质性的建议

2.提取数据并进行数据处理,包括文本处理以及可视化,并满足商务提出的需求

3.优化数据处理的算法:利用机器学习、深度学习、NLP的知识不断优化数据处理方法

4.协助其他商务同事自动化工作流程,提高工作效率

岗位要求:

1.对快消品市场和数据分析有兴趣,数学、统计、计算机、数据相关专业最佳

2.熟练掌握Python、R、Java、C++中的一种,数据处理能力强

3.能够用机器学习和深度学习解决问题,尤其是有NLP经验的,了解文本分类

4.耐心、细致,有团队合作精神 ,学习能力强,善于发现并解决问题

5.每周至少四天,至少四个月,尽快入职

 

岗位4:定量市场研究员

岗位内容:

1.基本独立完成研究项目的基础工作,并提供有效技术支持

2.在经理的指导下完成常规项目的部分问卷或大纲设计

3.从表格及内容设计中筛选数据,并准备简单的PPT演示稿

4.完成并解读数据(只针对定量研究)

5.跟进项目并承担项目中所涉及的责任

6.与同事及客户建立良好而愉悦的信任关系,及时回复他们的问题和任务

7.与公司同事和客户熟练的中英文沟通

8.积极学习新事物,并能有效运用到实际工作当中

9.积极主动完成各项工作

岗位要求:

1.大学本科或以上学历,包括但不限于统计学,数学类,社会学,心理学,市场营销专业

2.对于市场和市场研究有基础的了解和认识

3.优秀的中英文书写与口头表达能力
