岗位1：应用科学家暑期实习生(Applied Scientist)

岗位内容：

1.您每天的工作都与全球数百万亚马逊客户的体验紧密相关
2.您将提出和探索NLP和IR领域的创新，基于TB级别的产品和流量数据设计机器学习模型

3.您将集成这些模型到搜索引擎中为客户提供服务，通过数据，建模和客户反馈来完成闭环。您对模型的选择需要能够平衡业务指标和响应时间的需求

岗位要求：

1.有机器学习实验设计和统计分析的经验。

2.有使用代码和工具实现算法的经验。

3.有Java，C ++或其他编程语言，以及Python或类似脚本语言的经验。加分项

4.在顶级NLP或ML会议或者期刊上有论文发表。

5.技术视野好；能与技术团队成员深入讨论概念和算法，并对应用问题提出恰当的解决方案。

6.出色的批判性思维能力；能以口头和书面形式清楚地向团队沟通您的技术方案

7.可以保证一周实习4-5天，至少持续3个月

岗位2：HR Intern

岗位内容：

1.Manage HR projects independently,including employee relations, offsite events, and HR process improvement 

2.Partner with peers in HR and cross-functional teams to drive alignment of HR programs

3.Manage the data associated with the recruitment process and assist recruiting team to complete important staffing projects as needed

4.Take ownership of customer 1 employee contacts ensuring that each contact is accepted and resolved with a high degree of customer focus

5.Partner with Learning and Development team on training programs, including training coordination,data analysis etc.

6.Meet setup SLA and KPI Participation in the continuous improvement of HR processes

7.Communicate effectively both verbally and in written form with employees to explain and resolve queries and concerns. This could be via email, phone and chat I instant messaging

8.Support HR team on HR and other tools and systems

岗位内容：

1.熟练掌握所有市场拓展KPI

2.按照既有各种市场活动，目标客户列表和行业，进行客户深度挖掘和沟通，了解云计算需求并解决客户遇到的部分技术和商务问题

3.清晰表述AWS各项服务的价值定位及相关客户案例，并了解常用的AWS架构和方法
